We harness the power of private conversations to help us modify habits and ideas that are holding us back...Learn how to enhance your mood and revitalize your relationships with yourself and others.
Psychotherapy (talk therapy) is often as effective as or more successful than medication in treating depression, according to research. If your doctor has recommended medication, speak to him or her about whether psychotherapy could be beneficial to you.
Psychotherapy often starts once a week for 60 minutes, during which we may examine symptoms or difficulties in your life as well as potential solutions. People will learn coping methods for depression, such as enhancing goal-setting abilities, developing a sleep schedule/routine, scheduling meaningful activities, and increasing socializing activities, among other things.
